Welcome to Plurgasm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Plurgasm ("we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of plurgasm.com and everything on it. Please read them carefully — by accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Service

Plurgasm is an independent rave-culture directory. It includes a festival calendar, a blog, a creator and brand directory, and community voting that lets signed-in users upvote the creators and brands they love. The site exists for informational and curation purposes — to help people discover events, brands, and culture. We are not an event organizer, ticket seller, or vendor, and we do not sell the products or run the festivals listed here.

Eligibility & Age

The site is intended for a general adult audience and you must be old enough to form a binding agreement to use it. In addition, individual festival listings may carry their own age requirements — many events are 18+ or 21+. Those requirements are set and enforced by the events themselves, not by us, and it is your responsibility to meet them and to confirm them with the official organizer before purchasing tickets or attending.

Accounts

Some features, such as voting, require you to sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You agree that the information associated with your account is accurate and that you will not impersonate anyone else or use someone else's account without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

We want Plurgasm to reflect the values of the culture it documents — peace, love, unity, and respect. When you use the site, you agree that you will not:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users or any person.
• Manipulate the voting system — including casting fraudulent votes, using bots or multiple accounts, or otherwise gaming the rankings.
• Spam, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Post or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law.

User Submissions

Parts of the site let you submit content — for example article submissions, brand or partner information, and other materials (collectively, "Submissions"). You retain ownership of your Submissions. However, by submitting content to us, you grant Plurgasm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content on and in connection with the site and its promotion.

You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law. We are not obligated to publish any Submission, and we reserve the right to moderate, edit, refuse, or remove any content — and to remove fraudulent votes or accounts — at our discretion and without notice.

Intellectual Property

The site's original design, text, graphics, and compilation of content are owned by Plurgasm and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the site without our permission.

Third-party brand names, logos, festival names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. They appear on Plurgasm for identification, reference, and editorial purposes only, and their inclusion does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Third-Party Listings & Links

Plurgasm lists and links to third-party festivals, brands, creators, and websites. These listings are not endorsements. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party events, products, services, content, or websites, and we are not liable for anything that happens as a result of your dealings with them.

Please also be aware that some listings are paid partner placements. We may receive compensation for featuring certain brands or partners, and where required or appropriate such listings may be marked as sponsored, featured, or partner content. Paid placement does not change our obligation to label these arrangements honestly, but you should evaluate all listings — paid or not — on their own merits.

Disclaimers

The site and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we try to keep things accurate and up to date, information on Plurgasm may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect — festival dates, lineups, ages, locations, and prices change frequently. Always confirm festival and event details with the official source before making plans, buying tickets, or traveling. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plurgasm and anyone involved in operating the site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site, the content on it, or any third-party events, products, or services discovered through it. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the site is to stop using it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Massachusetts.
